Who we are

We have trained our whole lives and seen the same thing at almost every facility: all the focus goes on the training, and almost none on the recovery. Nordic Repose is our way of changing that — making recovery as natural a part of the offering as training, with no staffing and no booking.

There are two of us behind Nordic Repose. We have played football since the age of six, attended an elite football upper-secondary school in Gothenburg, and today study Industrial Engineering and Management at Chalmers.
